About Us
Elevate Law Group runs under the direction of owner and lead counsel, Carly Krygier.
Carly began her professional career assuming operations for the family real estate and property management business in 2011. Carly and her sister revived a mismanaged and indebted multi-family complex in Henderson, Nevada before Carly moved on to law school. During law school, she had the privilege to extern for the Honorable Cam Ferenbach at the U.S. District Courts. Through her externship, Carly sat in on numerous pretrial settlements and ascertained the art of negotiation. After passing the bar in 2017, Carly was hired at a downtown Las Vegas firm, focusing exclusively on cannabis law and clients. Carly successfully won retail marijuana licenses for all her clients in 2018, a competitive process that awarded only 62 licenses to 462 applicants.
Shortly after, Carly began her own firm and brokered the sale of the now profitable family apartment complex. After months of offers, negotiations, and escrow, Carly and her sister diversified proceeds into real estate portfolios across the US. They continue to review and create investment opportunities for themselves, such as providing bridge loans to local Las Vegas businesses.
Carly remains steadfast in providing premier, individualized legal services to cannabis and other small businesses in Nevada. Currently, she is an active participant in the shaping of the Cannabis Compliance Board’s draft consumption lounge regulations. As soon as the consumption lounge application window is open, Carly is sure to be submitting applications for many hopeful clients.
Carly received a juris doctorate with a concentration in Business Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and Nevada State Bar. In addition to her legal and business work, Carly and her sister are involved with the visual impaired community in Nevada. Carly’s nephew was born with an optic condition that results in his blindness. Carly currently resides with her daughter in Las Vegas, NV.
